1) Initial consultation with your Loan Officer 2) Loan Officer sends you an application and all needed disclosures 3) You send in signed disclosures and all supporting documentation 4) Processing will review your file and ask for any missing information, and order your appraisal. 5) Underwriting will review your file, and approve your loan. 6) Loan Documents are sent to the Closing Agent (Title/Escrow) for your signature 7) Essex Mortgage will provide the funds for your loan

1. Copy of Your Driver’s License 2. Copy of Your Social Security Card 3. Latest 2 Paystubs 4. Last 2 Years W2’s (If Applicable) 5. 2 years Federal Tax Returns –All Schedules 6. Latest 2 Months Bank Statements 7. Hazard Insurance Declarations Page showing premium. 8. Latest Mortgage Statement(s) (1st and 2nd)
